Battlefield Review in Progress. Four thousand years before the Galactic Empire, countless Jedi Knights have fallen in battle against the ruthless Sith, and now you are the last hope of the Jedi Order. Can you master the awesome power of the Force and save the Republic? Or will you fall to the lure of the dark side?
Hero or villain, savior or conqueror Head inside and look for the man in black armour at the bar on the left. It'll be none other than Conrad Verner! He's trying to live up to your name after you died two years ago, but he's not doing a very good job. If he's here, it's because you used the Persuasion Options when you talked to him for the third time back in Mass Effect 1 the others meant he died. You can pick either "For crying out loud Despite acting tough, Conrad's actually a sensitive soul and it's a bit easy to hurt his feelings.
Look for the alcove close to the Serrice Technology stall and go through the door next to the stairs. This will take you to the Transport Hub. When you arrive, turn left and head all the way to the Gateway Personal Defense stall.
You'll want to talk to the Weapons Merchant and say "Conrad Verner sent me". You'll have a few options here:. Once you've made your choice, return to Eternity to conclude the Side Quest by talking to Conrad.
There's a LOT of different choices you can make here depending on how you handled the Weapons Merchant at Gateway Personal Defense, so we've consolidated them into four outcomes:. You should also talk to the Bartender he was originally confronting, especially if you have any intention of continuing into Mass Effect 3: she'll be an important character to one of your Squad Mates much later on.
You should also check the L-shaped couch in the back-left corner of the bar. We'll continue it the next time we swing by Omega. Now it's time to deal with the other Side Quest available in the Eternity Bar. Unfortunately it's not present right now because of the Conrad Verner Side Quest you just completed.
Luckily, it can be swapped in by Saving and Reloading, or by leaving the Nos Astra area via the Normandy or one of the three Missions. Talk to them to begin this Side Quest. It appears that the Asari is a Contract Broker, and is under serious pressure after assuming Synthetic Insights would want to buy her they didn't due to bad press. During this conversation, you can pick "Free your slave.
At this point, you'll have to decide whether to use Persuasion options to convince the Synthetic Insights Rep to buy the Quarian, or use them to convince the Slave Broker to release her. There's an important exploit to take advantage of here:. To take advantage of the exploit above, ignore the Persuasion options with the Synthetic Insights Rep and instead pick "Goodbye". This will let you return to the Slave Broker with new Persuasion Options unlocked.
Here, use either the "You can free her! Let her go! Once you're done there, the Side Quest will complete and you'll get 40XP. But it's not over yet! Well done! You're now all finished up at the Eternity Bar, although there is a Salarian having a somewhat unwanted bachelor party, and a Quarian who recently broke up with her human boyfriend she has five exchanges with her Turian friend.
You can also have a few drinks at the bar if you talked with the Bartender! Once you've seen all there is here, it's time to go to the Transport Hub in the South to explore it more thoroughly. If you haven't been to the Transport Hub area yet, it's in the Southern area of the level, as denoted by the map. Look for the alcove near the Serrice Technologies stall on the Trade Floor, then go through the door next to the stairs.
First, look left to find the stall for Gateway Personal Defense. The discount for this store is tied to the Troublemaker Side Quest with Conrad Verner in the Eternity Bar, so if he didn't die in Mass Effect 1, you should do that first.
A regional hub of asari commerce awash in riches, Illium is infamous for its abusive labor practices and legalization of nearly everything except murder. As such, Illium is the preferred production site for weapons and pharmaceuticals that would be illegal nearly everywhere else, made even more lucrative by legal indentured servitude. Among the biotics-related pharmaceutical producers is the Dantius Corporation, a rising star in galactic commerce. Despite the dangers of its products, Illium is renowned for glamor, luxury, and safety provided by near-total surveillance , making it a favored tourist destination.
Countless celebrities maintain palatial estates on Illium and in its capital, Nos Astra. The sole obstacle to business on Illium is its extensive bureaucracy, tolerated only for its provision of security. Regardless of the character of its economy, Illium's self-congratulatory media exalts its own society with the provincial arrogance of "new money," glorifying in "sexiest CEOs" and "ten richest residents" lists. Illium is a commerce planet, and sees many new cultures and goods due to its proximity to the Terminus Systems.
New visitors are advised to avoid signing anything due to the world's lax legal regulations, necessary in order to stay competitive with the Terminus Systems. Find the chit at Saronis Applications store nearby.
Talk to the Turian groundskeeper inside the Dark Star Lounge club nearby. Either tell the Krogan the truth, or buy a fish from the Souvenirs store to give to them to lie. Omega: Archangel: Datapad Recovered - pick up a datapad during the Archangel recruitment mission.
