As per official figures, India had aircraft at the beginning of Last year, 73 aircraft were added while 52 were sent back to the lessors by the airlines. The centre has mature with strong capabilities in structural analysis, loads, aerodynamics, avionics software design and testing, system simulation, digital mock-up and system installation. These capabilities are critical factors in the design and production of high performance aircraft. Airbus began expanding its Information Management IM capabilities in India in to establish a global capability centre that supports all divisions worldwide.
